Glass and Steel
Yet Everything Happens Only A Certain Number Of Times is an hourglass made of two glasses that joined with mild steel in the middle. The water inside represents the running time. The more the hourglass gets rotated, the rustier the mild steel will be and more turbid the water will be. Eventually, the whole piece will be broken.
The name of the project comes from the music Fullmoon, which is composed by Japanese artist Ryuichi Skamoto, and responds to the quotes from The Tibetan Book Of Living And Dying.
